Enhanced Access
In order to improve access to general practice services and promote good health for all the population, GP practices across the country have been asked to offer more appointments to patients, across the PCN, outside of their current core opening hours of 8am and 6:30pm.
Swaffham and Downham Primary Care Network will be providing these services.
For more information please visit www.swaffhamdownhampcn.co.uk and our enhanced access page.
Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice before 10.30am, unless a genuine emergency arises.
